Shipping Information
Canadian Shipping
Shipping is free for all Canadian customers. Standard delivery is 3 to 9 business days. For express delivery, please contact me.
International Shipping (excluding US)
International shipping is $10.00 CAD for packages, and $5.00 for single label orders. Standard delivery 6 to 10 business days. For express delivery options, please contact me.
You can probably guess who is to blame. Things began to change in February 2025 when I could no longer send labels to the US in an envelope, raising shipping costs about 270%. Then in August 2025, the de minimis exception, which previously allowed me to send you labels without charging you duty and import fees, was removed. As of August 29, Canada Post can no longer send parcels to the US due to these changes, and I cannot send a package to the US with another carrier without pre-paying exorbitant duty and import fees, which I would then have to charge back to you. As a tiny business, I cannot absorb these types of increased costs and paperwork, and so unfortunately I have had to stop US sales for the time being. If/when this changes, I will reopen the shop to you with open arms! For now, I am mad. I am sad. And I am frustrated.
I ship orders weekly via Canada Post. Please note that Canada Post may have periodic delivery delays which may impact the expected delivery times above. If you feel there has been an unreasonable delay in your delivery, please contact me.
Returns and Exchanges
I will accept a return of any unused labels within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your label must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unsewn and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact me. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns will be made via your original payment method. Please note that I will not be able to refund any postage costs associate with returns.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The simplest way to exchange your labels is to return the purchase and then complete a new order. Contact me and let’s figure this out!

Send me an email as soon as you can. If the labels haven’t already been shipped, I will do my best to make changes.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can work together to make it right.
The labels are made in manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and India.
